Trinidad and Tobago Dental Association (TTDA) Convention 2026 Sleep Medicine Component

Dr. Jervais Voisin, President of the TTDA, extends invitation to the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago for their upcoming Convention 2026 themed “Dentistry Reimagined”. Their convention is carded for September 18th- 20th, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, POS. In particular, the last day of their convention (20th September) will be dedicated to Sleep Medicine in collaboration with Caribbean Dental Sleep Medicine and British Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. The feature speaker will be Dr. Aditi Desai who is the President of the British Society of Dental Sleep Medicine. Above is the flyer with the content line up for the day. Morning bites, lunch and coffee and tea will be provided for the day.
TTDA currently exist in a climate where Medicine is becoming more and more collaborative and interdisciplinary. TTDA take pride in being able to be one of the organisations to inaugurate the discussion of the Burgeoning field of Sleep Medicine in Trinidad and Tobago. Interest in several topics on the day would be; the airway examination, TMD, management options, as well as referral networks and Liability with a live patient demonstration. There would also be pre- convention online lectures that will be applicable to medical professionals and post-convention content also (all will be available to registered participants). This would span several specialties including but not limited to: General practitioners, Cardiology, Neurology and ENT. This would also be an excellent networking event for all involved. CE credits are also available.
Cost for the day would be $2,500 TTD which will be for a limited time as their early bird pricing will close soon.
