THE MEDICAL BOARD OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO

All Board Members of the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago

are hereby notified that an

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

will take place on Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 6.00 p.m. 

at Amphitheatre D, located at the Dental School, Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, 

Uriah Butler Highway, Champs Fleurs

AND via Virtual Platform

    National Anthem

1. Confirmation of Minutes of last Annual General Meeting held on 30th April 2025

2. Matters Arising

3. Report on Proceedings of Council for 2025

4. Presentation of Audited Financial Statements for 2023

5. Presentation of Audited Financial Statements for 2024

6. Presentation of Management Accounts for 2025

7. Any other Business – Proposal for Stipend for Council Members.

 

IMPORTANT

  • Only members with Full Registration and who are in good financial standing will receive via email the access details for registration and participation on the virtual platform (Zoom Webinar).
  • Members are advised to check their spam folders and ensure that their email inboxes have sufficient capacity to receive communication from Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago.
  • When accessing the virtual platform, members are required to use their First Name, Last Name, and Registration Number as their display name.
  • Members who are attending in-person must also register on-line

 

 

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION FOR MBTT AGM 2026

To ensure a seamless entry to the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago’s Annual General Meeting 2026, pre-registration is mandatory for both in-person and online attendees. 

Kindly note that in order for your registration to be approved, you must be in good financial standing with the MBTT.

Registration for the AGM:

Open:  Tuesday 24th February, 2026 at 12:00pm. 

Close:  Wednesday 4th March, 2026 at 3:00pm.

Registration steps:

  1. Visit the Registration Link: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_sQIIzNJ8Sz2toO4n_oDIWA to access the registration page. If the link does not open an external page for registration when you click on it, please copy and paste the link into your browser. 
  2. Complete the Registration Form: On the registration page, you will be asked to provide the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address (Please use the email that is registered with MBTT to receive the Webinar details)
  • MBTT Registration Number (Please omit the hyphen/dash) For Example if your Reg. No. is A-000, please input: A000.
  • Annual Retention Fee (ARF) Paid for 2026?

3. Confirm Your Registration: After completing all the fields on the form, click the “Register” button at the bottom of the page.

4. Check Your Email: Once registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email within one (1) working day from Zoom containing:

  • A link to join the webinar
  • The date and time of the event (with time zone)
  • Other important event details

You are registered only when you receive a confirmation email.
